Please fill out the application packet at the link above and scan all required documentation to [email protected]

-Birth Certificate
-School Entry Physical
-Shot record on the FL-680 form
-Proof of Residency
-Copy of the Guardian's ID

If you have any questions, please contact the school between 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday.

We want are primary students to sharpen and maintain the many skills that they learned this year. All Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students will be receiving summer enrichment learning packets via mail. Although they will offer, great practice and we encourage students to work on them each week, the summer packets are optional and will not be graded.


Students in 3rd- 5th grade who are in need of additional instruction have been offered virtual summer sessions. If you would like to sign your child up for this wonderful opportunity, please contact the school by June 3rd.

6th-8th grade students will keep their laptops over the summer and can continue practicing skills using their Launchpad apps.  If you are withdrawing your child to go to another school in the district or out of the district, please contact the school for withdrawal information.

All K-8th grade students will have access to I-Ready through July 24th! Keep completing lessons to exercise your brain this summer!

OCPS Summer Reading

OCPS has established a website to provide parents with a single location to find resources related to distance learning. Tips are provided in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese). Visit for information regarding:

The Student Services department in collaboration with the Homeless Education department created a new resource for families to gain assistance from the various social and mental health services provided by the district. The new resource is called OCPS Supports. Parents/guardians will be able to complete a short survey with their contact information and the department where they are seeking assistance. A staff member will be in touch with the family within one to two business days. Click on the link to get started:



Summer Feeding Program

We are a summer feeding site. Any child under the age of 18 can come to the school during feeding hours to receive nutritious meals to go. The meals will be distributed from Monday through Thursday, between 9 AM to 12 Noon. On Thursday, students will also receive their meals for Friday.
